Running for Office as a Racialized Mom
The decision to run for City Council as a racialized mother is a complex one—the first time, as well as the second time. Between balancing family life and facing the realities of politics, there were plenty of "what ifs."

We need more representation of everyday Vancouverites and deeper engagement with under-represented voices to be a truly inclusive city. That’s why I’m running again to be a OneCity Council candidate. Let’s get to work.
