Council Speeches: Iona Supports More Housing Options on Quiet, Walkable Streets

I spoke in favour of a motion that would allow “(up to) six floors and corner stores” on quiet, walkable and bikeable streets across the City of Vancouver, in the September 17, 2025 meeting of the Vancouver City Council's Finance and Services Standing Committee.
